Job Responsibilities:
- Support the development and update of policies and procedures for the Performance Management function.
- Define company performance measurement and reporting, and oversee overall TCC performance.
- Define TCC internal dashboards, update dashboards based on agreed frequency, and present results to related stakeholders.
- Set up dedicated deep dive sessions with required stakeholders whenever additional information is required on specific KPIs.
- Interface with PMO to gather information and reports to track progress of TCC performance initiatives, managing the associated implications as deemed necessary (i.e., decide on actions, assign owners, etc.).
- Synthesize and report status of internal performance initiatives to TCC executives.
- Develop corporate performance reports.
- Provide continual feedback and corrective action suggestions concerning quality issues to relevant stakeholders to continually drive performance improvements.
- Assist in owning, implementing, and sustaining Performance Management-specific processes.
- Interface with Business Processes and Architecture Excellence function for process and policy enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a relevant discipline.
Professional Certifications:
- Professional training or certification in Performance Management is preferred.
Years of Experience:
- 2+ years of relevant experience.
Nature of Experience:
- Experience in Performance Management and corporate performance monitoring.
