Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Follows personal hygiene standards, maintains cleanliness, and uses deodorant and mouthwash during duty.
Acts promptly and professionally on guest needs.
Displays good teamwork towards colleagues.
Maintains the Maximum Operating Standards and the Rosewood Standards.
Sells guest rooms to achieve the highest possible occupancy at the maximum achievable rate.
Promotes all hotel restaurants to assist in achieving the revenue goals set by hotel management.
Upsells to every guest at every sales opportunity the products of Rosewood hotel.
Ensures personal product knowledge is maintained to the highest level for professional, competent, and consistent service.
Cooperates with all departments in the hotel for room reservations.
