We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our expanding team. As a BDR, you will be a key player in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, fostering relationships with prospective clients, and setting the foundation for successful sales engagements. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for sales, a deep understanding of the health and social care sector, and a desire to contribute to the success of a leading e-learning company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients using various tools and strategies to generate high-quality leads.
  • Outreach: Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, social media, and other channels to engage potential clients.
  • Qualification: Assess client needs and pain points to determine fit and readiness for our solutions, qualifying leads for the sales team.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, offering relevant information and support to nurture their interest.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute targeted campaigns, providing insights and feedback to enhance our approach.
  • Data Management: Keep detailed records of all interactions and activities in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and generating regular reports on lead generation efforts.
  • Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to effectively position our solutions and identify new opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in a BDR, sales, or lead generation role, ideally within SaaS.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with a variety of stakeholders. Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and social media platforms. Familiarity with sales automation tools is an advantage.
  • Attributes: A self-driven, goal-oriented, and results-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
