Salary: AED 30,000 - 35,000Our client who operates in the Media & Information Industry is looking for a Senior HR Manager to join their team. Reporting into the HR Director, the Senior HR Manager will work across the Group focusing on various countries and will be responsible for the following:Recruitment: Establish and drive recruitment strategy and plans for the whole group by identifying ways to hire the highest quality candidates for each country. Contribute to the future development of the business by creating, managing, and constantly improving a resourcing programme that supports the company goals.HR Generalist: Performance Management, Talent Development, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Policies & Procedures, and other HR functions.Min: 30,000 Egyptian Pound (EGP)Max: 35,000 Egyptian Pound (EGP)Degree LevelAnyMajorHuman ResourcesLanguagesEnglish - Very GoodArabic - Fluent / ExcellentJob SkillsKey Competencies:• Masters in related field.• 7+ years HR Generalist experience with an emphasis on Recruitment.• Media experience would be an advantage.• Strong business acumen.• Experience with recruitment across various countries.• Strong communication skills.• Arabic would be an advantage.• Flexibility to travel occasionally.• Strategic individual.• Team player.• People person (trustworthy, reliable).• Ability to work well under pressure.
