Join us.Job DescriptionYou will be responsible for the overall management of all aspects of the process engineering services assigned leading project design teams and managing the design, construction and commissioning of the project related to the desalination plants.Leads and coordinates the efforts by different design team members working on detailed design assignments related to desalination plants including all disciplines such as civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation and control.Prepare projects PQP's and HS&E plans.Develop and maintain excellent internal and external client relationships, including all project team members coupled with effective communication with all.Lead the quality squad checks and verification process of the design works when required, including any contributions to develop the design quality aspects for different clients within the department.Manage and coordinate Treatment plants site supervision staff.Manage sub-consultants and suppliers including their respective payments.Manage the projects construction contractor(s) and ensure compliance with Contract conditions, standards, specifications, and programme.Maintain projects records and document control systems.Prepare projects progress reports for clients including internal management reports.QualificationsRelevant degree - essential & RPEQ / RPEV, CPEng - highly regarded.Demonstrated process design experience in water and/or wastewater projects within a dynamic consulting and design environment.Proficiency in water/wastewater process modelling software.Experience delivering multi-disciplinary solutions and supporting/leading technical teams.Passion for delivering high quality work, with excellent client and stakeholder engagement skills.Additional Information#LI-SF1About AECOMAECOM is the world's trusted infrastructure consulting firm, delivering professional services throughout the project lifecycle - from advisory, planning, design and engineering to program and construction management.
