Job Summary & Requirements:The Maximo System Administrator is responsible for providing hands-on support, system administration, and ongoing development for Maximo Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system. This role includes troubleshooting, system configuration, managing enhancements, and supporting end-user needs. The Maximo System Administrator also plays a key role in maintaining compliance with inspection requirements and collaborating with management on system improvements.Education:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Experience:Proven experience in Maximo system administration, support, and implementation.Experience with Maximo Integration Framework and troubleshooting.Experience with BIRT reporting and mobile application support for Maximo.Certification:Relevant Maximo certifications are preferred.Job Description:The Maximo System Administrator will support the Maximo EAM system, providing day-to-day user support, troubleshooting, system enhancements, and technical administration. This role also involves collaboration with internal IT teams and management to design workflows, customize screens, and ensure smooth system operation.Detailed Responsibilities:Provide daily client support and enhancements to Maximo applications.Serve as the primary contact for Maximo administration issues.Collaborate with management to design workflows, reports, and system enhancements.Customize Maximo screens as needed and perform integration testing.Assist with system upgrades, patch activities, and ensure regulatory compliance for inspection requirements.Define, design, develop, and maintain system interfaces.Facilitate and document user requirements during system definition and enhancement processes.Preplan and execute system upgrades, patches, and data loads using Maximo Integration Framework.Troubleshoot and resolve application, interface, workflow, reporting, and data integrity issues.Collaborate with internal Maximo development teams for continuous system improvements.Attend client meetings and share reports on daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly progress and deliverables.Support Maximo deployments, mobile applications, and BIRT reporting.Skills & Expertise:Expertise in Maximo EAM system and related add-ons/modules.Strong knowledge of Maximo Integration Framework and BIRT reporting tools.Experience with system upgrades, patches, and regulatory compliance.Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to collaborate with IT teams, management, and clients effectively.Strong strategic thinking and business process improvement skills.
