Job Title: Delivery Station LiaisonLocation: Hofuf, 06, SAUNote: This role is open only to Saudi Nationals.Minimum Requirements:Fluent in English (written/spoken)1 to 2 years of experience in Customer ServiceExperience with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and ExcelSelf-discipline, quick learning, diligence, and proactivityAvailable to travel for a week of trainingRole and Responsibilities:Communicating with customers directly via phone and emailResolving conflicts and setting appropriate expectations with customersClearly understanding and responding appropriately to the issues that customers presentWorking autonomously, making complex analytical decisions with little or no guidanceCommunicating with third-party couriersProviding on-site localized customer service to enable effective real-time investigation of a parcel's locationAttending regular face-to-face meetings with third-party Delivery Service Providers to effectively advocate for the customer and drive re-attemptsThe Delivery Station Liaison is an in-station customer service associate that enables real-time, hands-on investigation of where a package is and how Amazon can deliver it to a customer as quickly as possible. The role requires excellent planning skills and a strong inclination to achieve goals, along with individual analytical and problem-solving skills to offer timely solutions and deliveries. The Delivery Station Liaison will work under limited Manager supervision, requiring a high level of accuracy.
