Job Position: Contracts/Subcontracts Manager Location: Saudi Arabia Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent PMP Certified FIDIC Knowledge Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience, with at least 5 years in the same capacity, specifically with Aramco Projects, particularly pipeline projects. Age Limit: 50 years Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee and manage all contractual aspects related to our pipeline projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract management within the oil and gas sector, particularly in pipeline operations. Key Responsibilities: Contract Management: Develop, negotiate, and finalize contracts with suppliers, contractors, and service providers. Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions throughout the project lifecycle. Risk Assessment: Identify and mitigate contractual risks associated with pipeline projects. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all contracts align with regulatory requirements. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineering teams, and procurement departments to ensure alignment on contract objectives. Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners to resolve contractual issues. Performance Monitoring: Monitor contractor performance and adherence to contract terms, identifying areas for improvement. Prepare regular reports on contract performance metrics and project status. Dispute Resolution: Address and resolve contractual disputes in a timely and effective manner. Liaise with legal counsel when necessary to manage complex contractual issues. Documentation Management: Maintain accurate records of all contracts and associated documents. Ensure that all contract modifications and amendments are properly documented and communicated.
