Major Responsibilities & Duties performed:

To ensure that the Modules are operating as per the Daily Operating Instructions.

To take plant rounds every day in the shift and report any abnormalities to the higher-ups.

To guide & instruct the supporting staff in Production line for the smooth functioning of the Modules so as to achieve the daily production target, qualitatively as well as quantitatively.

To ensure the safety of the co-workers.

To ensure the Safety of various equipment's & Modules in general.

To clear the non-conformity in the Shift.

To prioritize the jobs for service departments.

Co-ordination with other departments & outside agencies for the smooth functioning of the Modules as well Planned and Breakdown maintenance jobs.

To authorize any process jumpers for smooth running of the plant, by proper analysis of the requirement and responsibility for IN and OUT of the jumper.

Logging of various events happened in his shift & Data logging.

Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.

To understand and follow the organizational HS&E policies.

To follow safety instructions related to their jobs.

To report damaged PPE, unsafe machines or equipment to concerned staff.

To keep the provided PPEs in good, workable conditions.

To avoid any horseplay and abuse of safety devices, equipment and welfare facilities.

To report any accidents, near misses or hazardous conditions to concerned responsible.

To attend safety trainings planned for them.
