Your future role & Primary AccountabilitiesWe are looking to hire a Junior Legal Counsel, who will be responsible for but not limited to:The position holder is responsible for autonomously carrying out a vast array of legal subjects and provides active support in different legal activities which the IMI may be involved in. To help the IMI adhere to the legal rules and regulations.Key AccountabilitiesResponsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and following contracts with suppliers, service providers, and clients.Supervising the Law Analyst(s) with regards to all their work and especially ensuring the renewal and maintenance of the company's licenses and permits.Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and other documents.Preparing and filing documents with courts and government authorities.Perform and supervise the Legal Analyst(s) and intern(s) in the performance of the organization and archiving of the documents related to completed and ongoing cases/projects as well as other relevant documents.Assist and/or perform important duties regarding the Company's corporate acts and documents and the Company's governance.Who we are looking forLaw DegreeMust have had at least 3 years' experience in a related field.Must have had at least 3 years of working experience as a Legal Counsel (a law firm/in-house of repute).Registered lawyer with relevant membership from the governing authority (not mandatory)Communication skillsAccountabilityIntegrity and good ethicsTech-savvyContracts and Contracts LawCorporate and Business LawCompliance - Anti-CorruptionNegotiationDrafting legal documentsAbout Application ProcessIf you meet the criteria and you are enthusiastic about the role, we would welcome your application.
