CBU Senior Project Manager - Infrastructure & UtilitiesMultiple Locations in Saudi Arabia (Riyadh, Jeddah, Madinah, Dammam, Abha, Qassim)About the client:They are a leading international construction consulting firm providing program and project management services worldwide.Position Overview:My client are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee large-scale infrastructure and utilities projects across Saudi Arabia. This role offers the opportunity to work on transformative projects that are shaping the future of the Kingdom's infrastructure.Key Responsibilities:- Plan, organise, and manage complex infrastructure projects from inception to completion- Lead project teams and provide mentorship to team members- Coordinate with stakeholders to define project requirements and develop comprehensive project plans- Monitor project budgets, resources, and schedules- Track project milestones and deliverables- Implement and manage project EDMS (Electronic Document Management System)- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards- Identify and manage project risks, developing contingency plans as needed- Provide regular updates to senior management on project status- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes- Implement zero-accident philosophy and ensure HSE compliance- Coordinate with government entities and utility providersRequired Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering- 20+ years of experience in large-scale infrastructure projects- Proven track record in construction management of utilities infrastructure- Experience in implementing project controls, environment management, health and safety protocols, and quality assurance- Strong background in contract management- Experience working with government entities and utility providers- Demonstrated ability in capacity building and talent development- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- International experience required (Saudi Arabia experience preferred)
