Discover the life that awaits you at Accor.Job DescriptionResponsible for working with users either internal or external, including vendors/suppliers. To perform IT support on infrastructure and operation covering end-to-end process which includes CSC, Front-Of-House, and Back-Of-House processes. Architect the infrastructure and design with related partners e.g. network provider, data center support, etc. to ensure store infrastructure fulfills current and future business requirements and security concerns. Manage operation support provider to achieve business requirements and IT service.Being the leader of the IT department and point of contact for the IT team to ensure that all IT services are functioning properly to be able to operate the Hotel business as per the expectation and perform other tasks as assigned.Perform risk management to minimize support risks, maintain infrastructure and applications with knowledge of POS and all existing store systems, and work closely with network and system support provider.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.Excellent service orientation, interpersonal team skills, flexibility, initiative, and teamwork.Ability to work under pressure & excellent problem-solving & decision-making skills.4 to 6 years of experience in the Hotel Industry.Additional InformationYour team and working environment:Sofitel Shahd Al-Madinah boasts a landmark location in the center of Madinah, a short walk from the northern entrance of the Al-Masjid an-Nabawi.
