Job Description - HEAVY DUTY DRIVER (ACC00008Y)Description:Performs work in the operation of a vehicle to assure safe transportation of staff from camp to project location. May assist in the transport of equipment and food deliveries. May be required to drive injured/sick personnel to the clinic. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a variety of records, such as the purpose of the trip, number of passengers per day, mileage, and vehicle maintenance.Responsibilities:Drives an assigned route to transport staff to and from camp to project.Assumes responsibility for care and maintenance of the vehicle.Washes the vehicle and cleans the interior; takes the vehicle to the garage for maintenance and repair.May operate a truck/van to transport meals to various outlets/sites.Working knowledge of the rules and regulations involved in the safe and efficient operation of automotive equipment.Knowledge of basic automotive maintenance procedures.Ability to deal effectively and patiently with others.Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.To maintain vehicle registration papers.To emphasize the no-smoking policy in all vehicles.Provide transport to staff members requiring health care.May drive departing staff to the area office/airport.To deliver all mail to the site as required.Drive different vehicles for traffic registration and inspection.Primary LocationACC- A110020-SHARMA PALACE - ESOM CAMP SHARMA, Allied Contracting Catering Company, Tabuk
