As a Marketing Specialist, you will develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our products and services. You will work closely with the sales team to create marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and generate leads. Your role will involve conducting market research, analysing consumer behaviour, and utilizing various marketing channels to reach our target audience. Description You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns across various channels. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities. Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals. Create content for digital and print marketing materials. Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and optimize strategies for better results. Manage social media accounts and engage with the online community. Monitor competitor activities and adjust marketing strategies accordingly. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns. Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms. Excellent communication and writing skills. Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and software. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
