To be a part of this exciting technology, please visit www.tyroo.com.Job DescriptionRole DescriptionThe SSP Operations Manager will be responsible for driving end-to-end solutions for Tyroo SSP. We are looking for a strong individual contributor who is open to potentially building a small regional team over time. They will work alongside and mentor the existing operations team within APAC for larger growth. They are also responsible for collaborating with demand teams across the region to share best practices and ensure a holistic approach for the organization.What you will do:Prospecting new developers and lead generationNegotiating and renewing contracts with onboarding publishersDevelop new accounts through various monetization strategies by using the SSP's comprehensive monetizing offersBuild and maintain relationships with a list of dedicated clientsMarket scanning, identifying and collaborating with application developers, distribution portals, publishers/aggregators, and resellers to create verticals of inventory.Strong understanding of industry trends in mobile technologies and online advertising in the region.What you bring to the table:5-7 years of experience in Digital/Media/Programmatic sales experienceExperience working with SSPs and DSPs is an advantage.Strong analytical, numerical, interpersonal, communication, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills. Result-oriented, self-motivated, proactive, and dedicated.Interest in starting a lucrative career in OperationsDesire to work in a startup environmentPassion for checking out the latest digital trends
