JASARA PMC is looking for an experienced Cost Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of our projects, ensuring that all costs are managed effectively and efficiently. You will work closely with project teams, finance departments, and external stakeholders to develop comprehensive cost plans and maintain strict budgetary controls.As a Cost Manager, your expertise will be essential in a variety of tasks, including cost estimation, monitoring expenses, and identifying opportunities for cost savings. Your analytical skills will help us deliver our projects successfully while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement cost control procedures and best practices for projects.Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for projects.Monitor ongoing project expenses and adjust forecasts as necessary to stay within budget.Analyze cost data and provide insights to project teams and management.Collaborate with project managers to track and report on financial performance.Prepare cost reports for stakeholders, summarizing project health and financial status.Evaluate contracts and negotiate terms with vendors and suppliers.Conduct risk analysis and advise on cost implications of project changes.Minimum RequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or a related field.15 years of experience in cost management or a similar role.Strong knowledge of cost estimation and budget management principles.Proficient in cost estimation software and project management tools.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
