JASARA PMC is seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Director to lead our commercial initiatives and drive business growth within the field of social infrastructure. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape and implement strategies that will expand our market footprint and enhance client relationships.About JASARA PMCAs a premier joint venture between Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, JASARA PMC is committed to delivering high-quality infrastructure solutions that transform communities across Saudi Arabia. Our goal is to promote social development through innovative project management and execution.Key ResponsibilitiesFormulate and execute comprehensive commercial strategies that align with JASARA's overarching objectives.Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.Lead negotiations and contract management processes, ensuring mutual satisfaction and compliance with the highest standards.Collaborate with project teams to prepare compelling proposals and bids while overseeing pricing strategies.Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and government entities.Guide and mentor the commercial team to enhance performance and achieve project goals.Monitor market trends and provide insights to inform business development strategies.Minimum RequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.At least 20 years of relevant experience in commercial management or business development, ideally within the construction or civil engineering sector in the Middle East.Exceptional leadership and team management skills, capable of fostering a collaborative work environment.Demonstrated history of successful business strategy development and implementation.Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.Proficient in financial planning, contract negotiation, and risk management.Knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market and regulatory landscape is highly advantageous.
