Key Job AccountabilitiesResponsible for implementing the Company Lessons Learned Process and ensuring robust processes are in place.Review Lessons Learned reports and disseminate relevant learnings to the project team.Organize and lead Lessons Learned meetings and maintain good communication with Contractors to highlight potential concerns and delays to management.Develop comprehensive reports summarizing lessons learned, best practices, and recommendations for future projects.Maintain a centralized database for lessons learned, ensuring easy access and usability for team members.Collaborate with project Managers and teams to integrate lessons learned into project planning and execution processes.Build relationships with stakeholders to promote a culture of learning and knowledge sharing.Ensure adherence to organizational standards and compliance requirements in documenting lessons learned.Regularly report on lessons learned initiatives and outcomes to Sr. Management, highlighting successes and areas for development.SkillsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or similar.Knowledge and Key SkillsRecommended 10+ years of experience with at least 5 years of broad experience in leading lessons learned processes of major projects.Experience with EPC Contractors, Sub-Contractors, and Vendors involved in the oil and gas industry.Demonstrated ability and sensitivity to work with people from a variety of cultural backgrounds.
