Quality Manager

Job Description As Quality Manager, you will be responsible for the design, deployment, and implementation of a quality management programme from quality assurance to control. This could look like:

• Establishing and defining product quality standards
• Developing quality processes and procedures
• Working closely with suppliers to ensure quality of product
• Continuous improvement activities
• Setting up quality control and inspection processes
• Working with and managing performance of 3rd party suppliers
• Coaching and leading the Quality team as it grows

• At least 5 years experience at a Quality Manager level, ideally in cosmetics, but we are open to candidates from the wellness/lifestyle FMCG or TGA listed medicines
• Strong analytical skills and critical thinking
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• In-depth understanding of quality - AQL, root cause analysis, CAPA management
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required
• Highly desirable is experience performing supplier audits and a qualification in chemistry/engineering or quality management
