Linfox BevChain is looking for a driven and experienced AM Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our cutting-edge 70,000-square-foot warehouse with a capacity of 72,000 pallets. Reporting to the Shift Manager, you’ll manage morning warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and productivity while supervising a dynamic team and maintaining compliance with BevChain’s high standards. You’ll bring strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills, coupled with proficiency in SAP warehouse systems, Microsoft Office, and a solid understanding of WH&S practices. A customer-focused mindset and excellent communication abilities will set you apart. This permanent afternoon role will be Sunday-Thursday 5:00 am – 1:00 pm. Key areas:
- Lead and manage the morning shift warehouse team to achieve operational excellence.
- Oversee key processes including receipts, put-away, picking, wrapping, load creation, replenishment, and dispatch.
- Oversee and implement efficient rostering to maximize productivity and meet customer service benchmarks.
- Monitor stock counts, audits, and inventory management procedures to ensure accuracy.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing processes and workflows.
- Ensure compliance with safety, operational, and customer service standards.
- Experience managing people within route-market and shuttle transport teams.
- Ability to lead and develop a high-performance team.
- Understanding of financial drivers and cost control.
- Process-driven, analytical, and methodical.
