- Contact Customers to follow up on overdue accounts
- Handle customer queries and resolve customer disputes
- Produce overdue reminder letters each month
- Receipting and allocating customer payments
- Bank reconciliations
- Assist with new Accounts & Credit Applications
- Additional ad-hoc tasks as required
- Previous background in a similar role ideal
- Sound knowledge of Excel
- Ideally some exposure to large ERP Systems
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build relationships and handle payment negotiation
- Being part of a supportive and dynamic team
- Flexible arrangements – start and finish times
- WFH available 3+ days
