With our expansion plans, Chatha Foods is looking at adding passion-driven team players willing to grow and adapt in a dynamic environment.  Here, we are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Manager for Indore. JOB SUMMARY  The candidate will be responsible for building up the relevant business in the assigned territory : 

  1. By acquiring & nurturing potential Medium to Large QSRs/CDRs customer base.
  2. And by appointing capable Distributors, who can sell our product range on their own to Small QSRs (without Company’s support).
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES 
  • Relevant Medium to Large QSRs/CDRs & Self dependent Distributors acquisition.
  • Working on Product wise monthly projections.
  • Managing respective DCs(Stock movement from Company to DCs) basis Stock Norms & Client Projections, to ensure no expiries or fill rate gaps at DC level.
  • Daily Reporting on Sales Software - Field Assist.
  • Managing & developing existing customer base through product range portfolio selling & effective service.
  • To maintain payment discipline.
  • Annual & monthly target achievement set on New Accounts & Value parameters.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 
  • To develop knowledge about Company’s products (USP/Specs), pricing & relevant potential customer base.
  • Identifying, approaching & follow up with all relevant Medium to Large QSRs/CDRs customers & distributors.
  • Pitching new range to existing clients.
  • Converting potential client into a loyal customer.
  • Fostering strong relationships with existing & potential customer base.
  • Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly Sales Targets.
  • Working & maintaining customer wise product wise monthly projections.
  • Tracking Primary & Secondary stock movement & Ageing.
  • Maintaining MIS & submission of monthly reports.
  • Providing timely product performance feedback & competitor’s activities.
  • To follow clients on payments for timely receipts.
