Reception / Client Services Officer Role in Canberra Join a progressive accounting and financial planning firm that’s been making a difference for over 75 years! With six offices across regional NSW and the ACT, Twomeys is looking for a motivated Administration Assistant / Receptionist (Client Services Officer) to become an integral part of our Canberra based team.   • Delivering outstanding client service while building positive relationships.
  • Manage reception and front office duties with professionalism and care.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, keeping everything running smoothly.
  • Process data accurately and manage appointments using Microsoft Office.
  • Uphold office procedures while demonstrating excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment by managing your time efficiently.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Someone eager to learn and grow in an office administration role, with a flexible and adaptable mindset.
  • A confident and friendly communicator with excellent phone manner and interpersonal skills.
  • A detail-oriented individual with a sharp eye for accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with various computer applications.
  • A collaborative team player who excels at managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Certification in Business Administration, Bookkeeping or Accounting is preferred but not essential.
