Job Description In your new role you will:
1. Adoption of Export Control and Anti-Terrorism Regulations (National, US and those imposed from Corporate)
- Support the execution of export control requirements in IT application e.g. Trade Automation (TA22) and SAP.
- Participation in ad-hoc projects.
2. Controlling
- Perform release of global blocked orders / partners in order processing system (e.g. SAP & TA22), Non-Standard Shipment (NOSTAS) and Technology Transfer (TECTRA) approval system.
- Ensure correct classification for all shipments.
3. STA Permit & Other Relevant Licenses
- Support for License application for strategic items under the Malaysia’s Strategic Trade Act (Single-Use Permit / Bulk Permit / Multiple-Use Permit) for physical goods and technology transfer.
- Support documentations preparation for license application under US EAR Regulations (US Re-Export Permit) for physical goods and technology transfer.
- Tracking & keeping the shipment documentation for Dual Use Item under the Export Control License.
4. Trainings, Awareness and Competency Building
- Provide support for defined Export Control training e.g., Raise the training request in SuccessFactors, availability of materials, etc.
- Attend at least 1 external EC training.
5. Advisory Support and Back up
- Provide advisory guidance on export control issues for all departments of IFKM, IFMY, IFPG, IFMSMY and any other Infineon entity as required daily.
- Act as backup for operational staff for IFMY / IFKM EC team.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Relevant work experience: 1 - 3 years.
- Language Skills: English & Malay.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of SAP is a plus, Microsoft office, Microsoft Visio, Macro, etc.
- Soft Skills (according to Behavior model): Good team player, independent, meticulous, able to handle stress, good learning skills, and positive attitude.
