Demand and Supply Specialist page is loaded Demand and Supply Specialist Apply locations Victoria time type Full time posted on Posted Yesterday job requisition id R012228 The Demand and Supply Specialist is responsible for developing, improving, and supporting our forecasting and replenishment systems and associated processes. This role involves collaborating with internal IT teams and external system vendors to enhance system functionality and support operational teams. The Role You Could Play:
- Contribute to the ongoing development and implementation of system improvements for Store, DC, and international AU/NZ replenishment systems.
- Work with Category Demand Planners to ensure forecasting methods align with business needs and achieve accuracy and bias targets.
- Identify and resolve system issues, ensuring thorough investigation before seeking support from internal IT.
- Provide insights into forecast performance and support decision-making with exception reporting and trend analysis.
- Provide support to the Category Planning team for day-to-day system, forecasting, and reporting queries.
- Review and refine processes, tools, and reports to drive continuous improvement.
- Proven experience in demand and supply planning.
- Strong knowledge of merchandise management and/or supply chain systems.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
- Expertise in SQL programming and BI analytic tools, especially Tableau.
- High-level interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across various teams.
