What We Have on Offer Based in Parramatta, we are seeking an experienced Customer Solutions Specialist for a permanent full-time role who has a Can Do and empathetic mindset for providing customers with tailored payment solutions to assist them through their individual circumstances to achieve a positive financial outcome. Responsibilities

• Using outstanding customer service and negotiation skills to deliver positive solutions for our customers and the business.
• Maintain professional and timely communication with our customers when discussing resolutions.
• Working closely with other collections teams including hardship, to effectively handle cases.
• Ability to understand and appropriately utilise systems and processes for the benefit of collection.

Minimum Requirements

• Previous experience in a mortgages collections role (Industry experience, desirable).
• Good understanding of collections and contact systems and processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service ethic.
• Ability to deliver high quality work while adhering to service level agreements.
