The ideal candidate will have broad experience in commercial, industrial and mining installation and maintenance. They will be required to undertake planning and scheduling, quoting; liaising with clients as well as be “on the tools” when required. We are looking for ‘The right person’ who is:

• Electrical trade qualification or equivalent (minimum 7+ years post trade).
• Proven experience as an electrical supervisor or a similar role in the electrical field (minimum 3+ years).
• Valid Open class Qld driver's license.
• Extensive knowledge of electrical systems and components, including installations, repairs, fault finding and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of electrical standards, codes, regulations and safety procedures.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team of tradesmen and apprentices.
• Proficiency in using Simpro, MS Office, SharePoint & project management software.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Proficiency in using electrical testing and diagnostic tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

• Monday to Friday (a willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends is required).
