Job Opportunity: Operational Runner & Housekeeping Location: Penang, Malaysia Work Schedule: 6 Days/Week Gross Salary: RM 2,500 - RM 3,000 WhatsApp +6 (Mr Tan)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and reliable Operational Runner & Housekeeping team member to handle property-related tasks, including tenant management, light maintenance, housekeeping duties, and property inspections. If you are organized, proactive, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you!

Responsibilities:

1. Property Operations & Maintenance - Coordinate and assist with tenant move-ins, move-outs, and viewings. - Perform light maintenance tasks and report larger issues. - Conduct property inspections to ensure cleanliness and functionality.
2. Housekeeping & Errands - Oversee housekeeping tasks, including laundry pickup, restocking essentials, and property cleaning. - Ensure properties are well-maintained and ready for new tenants or guests.
3. Tenant Management - Assist with tenant processing and lease-related documentation. - Provide excellent customer service and support.

Requirements:

• Own Motorcycle or Car (required for work-related travel).
• Strong communication skills for tenant and team interactions.
• Basic maintenance skills (e.g., changing light bulbs, minor repairs).
• Ability to organize tasks efficiently and manage multiple assignments.
• Problem-solving mindset to handle unexpected issues professionally.
