About You As an Analyst, Payroll, you will play a key role in ensuring that our payroll operations run smoothly. Your attention to detail and expertise in payroll processing will help maintain compliance and employee satisfaction Your Day-to-Day
- End-to-End Payroll Management : Administer, check, and process the company’s payroll, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
- Regulatory Compliance: Manage all communications with tax, regulatory, judicial, or legislative authorities to ensure payroll activities comply with current regulations.
- Financial Reporting: Compile and deliver monthly payroll reports to the Finance team, providing essential insights into payroll expenses.
- Educational Background: A tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in handling end-to-end payroll processes, preferably within a large organization. Familiarity with in-house payroll systems is a plus.
- Technical Knowledge : Strong understanding of Employment Act (EA) regulations, tax calculations, and payroll software.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous in managing payroll data and proactive in resolving any discrepancies.
- Number-Driven : Strong analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and precision, especially in handling large volumes of payroll data.
