Shipping cum Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Ensure all supplier’s invoices/packing lists are updated correctly.
• Plan, consolidate, and schedule deliveries based on areas to minimize transport costs.
• Prepare Delivery Order checklist for checking and ensure all details are correct.
• Email invoices and Delivery Orders to forwarder for delivery arrangement.
• Issue outgoing declaration (OD) to forwarder for application for Customs Declaration.
• Check and ensure all details are correct when receiving Customs declaration from forwarder before delivery to customer.
• Follow up with shipping company to return customers’ acknowledge receipt DO for filing.
• Email invoices and packing lists to customers upon each delivery.

• Liaise with supplier/customer, prepare delivery schedules, expedite delivery, and monitor overdue POs.
• Plan weekly/monthly sea shipments for overseas suppliers/customers to minimize shipping costs.
• Follow up on reject/shortage replacements.
• Monitor inventory to minimize stock levels at all times.
• Respond to customer orders/requests.
• Prepare sales information (delivery record, costing, etc.) as required by management.

Job Requirements

• Gender: Female
• Races: Chinese
• Age: 25 - 45 years old
• Salary: Up to RM4000 (basic salary)
• Minimum Diploma in any field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Shipping/Logistics, Sales Coordinator, or Sales Admin.
• Hands-on experience in liaising with forwarders for PO, DO, and Custom Declaration.
• Knowledgeable in B/L (Bill of Lading), ZB1/ZB2, M1/M2, K1/K2/K3 is an added advantage.
