About You Operation assistants provide administrative support to all levels of their organization. Your Day-To-Day
- Ensure car keys are labelled
- Ensure the safekeeping of the car keys
- Arrange car keys for easy access
- Record & track the location and movement of the car keys and physical cars upon the receiving and outgoing car keys
- Tallying car keys against the physical car
- Align administrative tasks with other stakeholders
- Prepare reports summary to measure the car keys movement utilization
- Ensure list of appointments and logistics are maintained
- Ensure all documents and spare keys are kept in a secured location
- Ensure proper transition of car movement.
- Good interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Meticulous and high accuracy in assigned work
- Computer literacy, especially in Excel
