OSAA by Adarsh , a leading designer women's wear brand, is looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to join our team! Location: DELHI / KOLKATA Experience: 10+ years in sales/business development (preferably in fashion or luxury retail) Employment Type: Full-time What You’ll Do:
- Identify and establish relationships with potential clients, boutiques, and retail partners.
- Develop strategies to grow brand visibility and market presence.
- Work closely with our creative and sales teams to understand and communicate brand value.
- Attend industry events and fashion expos to represent our brand.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Strong understanding of market trends in women's fashion.
