5-day work week, Term-Time Role; Paid school holidays and subsidized lunch; Competitive remuneration package & benefits (medical, dental, etc.) Dulwich College (Singapore) is recruiting a Learning Beyond the Classroom Administrator to provide administrative support for the Learning Beyond the Classroom Department, assisting with the management of all systems and provision. The Learning Beyond the Classroom Department at the College supports the planning and administration of all co-curricular, outdoor education and educational visits across the College. Main Duties and Responsibilities Champion the values and mission of Learning Beyond the Classroom, supporting all departments that fall under this umbrella; Manage the administration of all Outdoor Education provision, ensuring all information approval portals are relevant, accurate and up to date; Establish positive relations and manage effective communication between external providers, suppliers, parents, staff and students; Ensure all logistical arrangements for onsite and offsite provision align with College policy and procedures, including travel arrangements, student consent, risk assessments, staff information packs and post provision review; Work closely with Visit Leads, Head of Year, Procurement, Finance Department, Health Centre, and business operations to ensure compliance with College policies and country specific legislation; Liaise with external providers, Procurement and Finance Departments to budget the provision and support in the collection of outstanding payments; Collaborate with teachers to support provision, including resource, logistical and best practice guidance; Ensure clear and timely communication to students, staff and parents regarding provision; Manage complaints effectively and follow up as appropriate using communication channels in the College, liaising with stakeholders as required; Build strong working relationships with colleagues across the College, staying informed about activities across all Schools and being involved in the day-to-day life of the College; Perform all other duties commensurate with the post. Minimum Requirements A degree preferred, diploma or certificate in business, sports management, administration or a related area. A minimum of one year's experience in a customer-facing role that involves coordinating projects or activities. Experience liaising with multiple stakeholders (i.e., external vendors and service providers); Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office, IT systems and databases; Excellent inter-personal communication and customer service skills; Effective organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise workload and multi-task; Flexibility, responsibility, and attention to detail.
