Handling the full spectrum of the operations of the imports and exports and local transshipment of the isotanks Prepare and follow up on the shipping documentation/report for import / export process Ensure timely delivery and completion of all export jobs before the monthly billing Liaise with depot operators on maintenance of ISO tanks, process TC activity and reports in a timely manner Liaise with carriers / overseas agent on the receipt of shipping pre-advice / arrival notice Verify and confirm the information on the shipping documentation and highlight any discrepancies Plan and monitor the movement of ISO tanks Investigate, negotiate and process damaged repair cost and claims relating to ISO tanks Prepares periodical reports for Management Visit customers plant for both business and operation purpose Prepare documents for accounts to generate invoices Verifying suppliers invoices Liaise with principals overseas A team player Requirements Diploma holder 2-3 years of operations experience from the shipping/freight-forwarding industry and possess sound knowledge of IMO rules and shipping regulations. Well-established working relationship with carriers, prompt in follow-ups on enquiries and coordination with internal and external partners in an effective manner.
