Senior Architectural Draftsman

الوصف الوظيفي

Key Requirements:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural drafting and design.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and similar tools.
Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and building codes.
Transferable Iqama and availability to join immediately.
Preference for candidates with higher degrees (e.g., MBA) or international design certifications.
Open to all nationalities.

المهام

Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed drawings and designs for construction projects.
Collaborate with architects and engineers to refine designs.
Ensure all drafts comply with project specifications and standards.
Revise designs based on feedback from the project team.
