Minimum Requirements
- 7-10 years of related experience, with a minimum of 4-7 years in a similar position or responsibility, preferably in a similar industry.
- Experience in a fast growth and decentralized environment.
- Experience working in a performance-based environment to foster it within the team.
- Previous experience in the Ready Mix industry is preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, Engineering, or a similar field, or equivalent.
- MBA or Master's Degree in related fields would be desirable.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
- Persuasive leadership and influence.
- Excellent writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated skills in leadership and management.
- Advanced negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English languages.
