Key Accountabilities:

Role Purpose: Visual artists shall be responsible for graphic design, photography, videography, and film related to M7 needs. Visual artists can work independently to create works that convey messages of emotion, ideas or information. Visual Artist should have studied the fundamentals of form, colour, and composition, in addition to techniques specific to their chosen medium.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- An individual that can film, photograph and edit various types of content:

- Events, promotional and social media video/ photography content

- Content for websites (and its maintenance if needed) & digital screens

- Creation of content for collateral & advertisement material

- Computer edits video segments on a variety of tape and digital formats

- Design posts/stories related to socia media

- Comfortable with the creation of new templates for new items as well as the maintenance/adaptation of existing brand templates

- Managing the day-to-day delivery of creative marketing content

- Maintain close working relationship with counterparts within the department to ensure creative content delivers as per brand strategies

- Be responsible for ensuring the required content is delivered within the agreed timeframes

- Establish great working relationships with colleagues in the marketing team to ensure clarity of positioning, and ensure effective translation of brand understanding and objectives into creative output

- Responsible for developing all creative collaterals

- Study design briefs and determine requirements

- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements

- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

- Use visual design software to refine illustrations

- Present rough drafts, prototypes, models, to M7 Management and/or key stakeholders to gain approval

Qualifications/Requirements:

- Bachelor/Master Degree in relevant field

- Certification/Trainings related to Visual Arts, Design Experience required

- Proven minimum 3 year of work experience as a Visual Artist, Visual Designer, UI Designer or similar role

- Having Portfolios of Visual Art works

- Know how to use design software and technologies (InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Premier & After Effects)

- Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus

- A high level of creativity, clear and strong communication and computer skills are required

- Photography & videography skills are a must

- Solid graphic design skills within print media

- Develop illustrations, logos and other designs

- Very keen to details and visuals

- Have ability to work on multiple projects at one time

- Having a positive attitude and ability to work independently, as well as part of a team

- Strong command of English and preferably Arabic and demonstrate selfconfidence, energy and enthusiasm.

- The ability to think on their feet and talk knowledgeably about their role

- Ability to work under pressure and to adjust to flexible working hours including weekends
