We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Communications Manager to join our team and help drive brand building and visibility activities for our focus countries in India, the Middle East, and Africa.Role Purpose:As the Senior Marketing Communications Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand narrative and enhancing our visibility across the region. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing communication plans that align with our business objectives and drive brand awareness, engagement, and reputation.Candidate Profile:Our Senior Marketing Communications Manager will be an energetic individual with a positive attitude and a passion to learn, grow, and achieve at Ecolab. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, taking full ownership of his or her job and taking pride in the quality of output and timely execution of deliverables. S/he will be comfortable with multitasking and working with multiple stakeholders in a matrix organization at the same time. S/he will have a good working knowledge of the Middle East and Africa region and be aware of the latest marketing and communications trends.In this role you will:Develop and execute comprehensive marketing communication strategies for our focus countries, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.Manage and coordinate multichannel communication campaigns across various platforms including digital, social media, PR, and events.Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets and influencers to secure positive coverage and thought leadership opportunities.Monitor and analyze brand sentiment and media coverage, providing insights and recommendations to enhance our communication efforts.Develop crisis communication plans and manage responses to potential issues effectively.Collaborate with internal stakeholders, business leaders, marketing, sales, and leadership teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment.Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing communication campaigns, providing data-driven insights for continuous improvement.Qualifications and Experience:8 years of corporate or agency experience in marketing communications with a strong focus on strategic planning and execution.Proven track record of developing and implementing successful brand building and visibility campaigns.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English and Arabic essential.Strong networking and relationship-building skills and the ability to sell ideas and work with senior leadership as required.Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.Experience working in a matrix organization and effectively managing stakeholders at all levels.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.Strong analytical skills and ability to measure and report on campaign performance.Agile, proactive, and self-motivated, taking ownership of projects and working effectively as part of a team.Strategic and operational as the situation requires.Resourceful, curious, and dedicated to making a positive impact.Requirements:Highly responsive, agile, and adaptable to change.Team player, flexible and collaborative with a positive can-do attitude.Multitasking and working with multiple stakeholders simultaneously.Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is essential.Working knowledge of Canva and new AI tools would be a plus.Strong communication ability (oral and written).Disciplined and methodical approach.Working knowledge and experience with social media building and measuring campaigns.Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Collaborative and supportive work environment.Be part of a dynamic and innovative company.Join Ecolab's industry-leading Corporate Communications team as Senior Marketing Communications Manager in Dubai, UAE and see why Selling Power magazine has consistently ranked Ecolab as a top company to sell for.
