The position assists with site activities, collecting, maintaining data records, and other related administrative tasks.Job ResponsibilitiesCollects informed consent forms from participants and supports data collection throughout the research study.Organizes and maintains study data in research databases, assisting with validation of source data against electronic format.Maintains source materials, case report forms, and regulatory documents and assists in drafting research-related documents including study material, reports, and presentations.Assists with logistics and scheduling of related site activities.Assists with preparing, labeling, logging, delivery, and reporting collection sample/cases as applicable.Understands the usage of study-related equipment, such as electronic portable devices, and supports tracking maintenance details.Maintains inventory to ensure the availability of stock and required materials, and tracks purchase requisitions.Assists with disposing of study materials in accordance with regulatory standards.Schedules meetings, records agendas and minutes of the meetings, and takes appropriate action as required.Performs other duties as assigned.Education and ExperienceBachelor's Degree in Science with 1-3 years of relevant experience.Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesBasic understanding of research design and standards.Basic problem-solving skills and organizational skills.Customer-focused with good verbal and written communication skills.Attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment.
