The Role You will support the Store Manager at Warwick on a part-time basis (approx. 24 hours per week) with the daily running of the store to deliver outstanding results whilst ensuring an amazing in-store experience for our customers! We are looking for someone with previous Assistant Store Management or Supervisor experience, who is passionate about people, loves retail and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. What you'll do
- Support the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store
- Showcasing leadership behaviours to develop, motivate and inspire the team
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Support all elements of store operations including processing transactions, visual merchandising, stock replenishment/deliveries.

- A minimum of 1 year management/supervisor experience
- Experience in coaching and developing a team
- Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management
