Essential Requirements

• Full Australian working rights
• Construction Industry White Card
• Current Trade Qualification and ARC licence
• Current Class C Driver’s License

• Excellent diagnostic and fault-finding skills
• Good understanding of work management software on phone or tablet
  • AroFlo is system experience while not essential will be looked upon favourably
• Motivated individual, with initiative and a strong work ethic

About the Role You will be responsible for the maintenance of buildings and assets located in the Greater Sydney region. The workload will be interesting and varied with exposure to different sites and facilities performing routine maintenance checks, emergency repairs and upgrades. Key Responsibilities

• Provide service, maintenance and repairs to various types of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment
• Establish and maintaining strong client relationships
• Mentor and supervise apprentices
• Determine job priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
• Coordinate, compile and submit required paperwork and other procedures
• Ensure all safety and quality documentation are completed as required
• Commitment to the highest standards of business code of conduct
