- Overseeing end-to-end payroll processing using micropay
- Ensuring compliance with tax laws and employment standards
- Coordinating with Accounting & Finance department for accurate financial reporting
- Helping to implement efficient payroll systems and processes
- Resolving payroll discrepancies and answering employee queries
- Contributing to the development of payroll strategies
- Proven experience in payroll management in the retail industry
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems and Microsoft excel skills
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities
- An attractive salary of 100,000 to 110,000 AUD per year plus superannuation
