Senior- Marketing Manager (B2B, Acquisition, & Lead Generation)
- Auckland
- $130k - $140k
- Min 8+ years’ marketing experience
- Expertise in B2B, Acquisition & Lead Generation marketing
- Relevant University Qualification
- Create, develop and deliver international marketing and recruitment campaigns
- Develop region-specific marketing strategies and plans to drive attraction, conversion and sales from offshore
- Manage an international marketing budget that’s cost effective and maximises ROI
- Planning and implementing multi-channel demand generation campaigns in international markets
- The tenets of traditional and demand generation B2B and B2C marketing
- Conducting service/product research for marketing plans across multiple channels to diverse audiences
- Working alongside media or creative agencies
- Targeting experience including segment and messaging strategies
- Communications and information technology
- Knowledge of digital and social media marketing techniques including multichannel
- A strong understanding of digital marketing campaign metrics and KPIs
- Measuring, analysing and reporting campaign performance
- Marketing technology experience and digital conversion
- A high level of digital literacy in digital marketing
- Who takes a collaborative approach
- Can work in a fast-paced agile environment whilst balancing analytical responsibilities
- An energetic person who can foster internal and external relationships
- A critical thinker, who brings innovative ways to working
- Salary $130-140k per annum + Kiwisaver
- Or / $70 Hour (if you prefer to contract as a sole trader)
