Refine Group | AI Product Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented AI Product Manager to lead the development and refinement of our AI-driven image generation flow and chatbot companion product . This role involves managing the product lifecycle from concept to deployment, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, a passion for AI innovation, and the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-based image generation and conversational AI products. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify user needs, market trends, and business opportunities. Product Development: Work closely with engineering, data science, and design teams to develop, test, and refine AI-powered solutions. Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring timely delivery of high-impact features. Oversee the integration of machine learning models and optimization of AI prompt workflows to enhance product outputs. User-Centric Approach: Conduct user research, collect feedback, and analyze data to continuously improve product functionality and user experience. Drive experimentation and testing of AI prompt strategies to maximize effectiveness and creativity. Technical Collaboration: Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clear communication. Stay up-to-date with advancements in AI technologies, frameworks, and methodologies, applying them to product innovation. Performance Measurement: Define success metrics for AI features and monitor their performance post-launch. Utilize analytics to drive data-driven decisions and iterate on product features. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering , Data Science , Computer Science , or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus. Passionate about social products and AI fields . Experience with image generation technologies (e.g., GANs, Stable Diffusion) and conversational AI (e.g., GPT-based models). Familiarity with AI prompt writing and optimization is a significant advantage. Solid understanding of machine learning concepts, AI frameworks, and APIs. Proficiency in using product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and data analysis platforms. Basic programming knowledge (e.g., Python) is a plus. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. #J-18808-Ljbffr
