Job Info Job Category: Marketing Contract Type: Permanent Contract Job Description Amplifon APAC is looking for a Pricing, Offering & Revenue Management Manager . Mission of the function: Customer offering understands consumers and defines what product and service can be offered and with which pricing, in order to attract/satisfy customers and maximize total revenues/margins per head, through: Product & services offering architecture Pricing & promo strategy definition and monitoring Reporting to the APAC Marketing Director, the incumbent will work on 3 areas: Offering Architecture and Service: Defines what products and services can be offered and with which pricing to attract and satisfy customers, providing unique value based on consumer insights, market analysis, and industry trends. Physical Product Portfolio: Cascading of innovations and support to the countries in portfolio management by analyzing product mix performance and defining guidelines. Pricing & Revenue Management: Provides the best pricing model solutions, developing guidelines and running benchmarks to define first-rate strategies and tools to beat competition. Optimizes sales revenue performance through a holistic approach on data analysis (price elasticity, seasonality, competitive benchmark), KPI monitoring, and dedicated reporting kit. The scope includes: Regular review and analysis of pricing, promotions, and portfolio availability based on sales analysis, producing and sharing recommendations for the business, including recommendations about Product Portfolio and Supplier Mix. Continuous monitoring of average selling price, discount, and margins performance, and data analysis to detect issues, areas of improvement, and recommending actions. Monthly price forecasting. Competition monitoring and reacting. Promo and CRM campaigns design to reach ASP target and to push consumer upselling. Weekly and monthly marketing reporting (i.e., funnel KPIs, etc.) and manage upper funnel forecasting process for all marketing channels. Support the transition from the local BI platforms into the new BI stack by designing and co-building with the BI team the relevant dashboards for the sales team. Support the delivery of local, regional, and global projects within the area of responsibility. About you: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Marketing, or other quantitative field. Proven experience of analyzing data and making recommendations and commercial decisions based on findings. Strong inclination to data analysis combined with attention and focus on business impacts. Previous experience as pricing, marketing, or commercial analyst. Very good Power BI and Excel skills. Microsoft SQL knowledge will be considered a plus. Critical thinking, strong analytical skills combined with very good business acumen. Ability to deep dive into details, connecting the dots and building the big picture. Teamwork attitude, ability to work and achieve results through others. Ability to cope effectively with different roles and cultures across the organization. Open communication, relational & buy-in skills. Constantly seeks ways to improve both own and business performance. Strong sense of judgment and decision-making ability.
