Electronical Engineer Must-Have Background Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in electronics design and development
  • Proficiency in circuit design and simulation software (e.g., Altium Designer, OrCAD)
  • Strong understanding of analog and digital circuit design
  • Knowledge of PCB design, layout, and manufacturing processes
  • Hands-on experience with electronic testing and debugging
  • Familiarity with microcontrollers, FPGA programming, or embedded systems
  • Problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset
  • Ability to work both independently and in collaborative settings
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written); knowledge of French is a plus
