Qualification: Dip Experience: 3 to 5 years Responsibilities To assist in strategic brand-building activities, synergizing brand building efforts Monitor budget - ensure there is no overspent and encourage spending if the fund is underutilized Prepare costing and timelines to the client for sign-off before the commencement of campaigns Create high-quality and attention-grabbing ad designs that grab the users’ attention and improve the brand’s credibility Keeping clients up to date, listening to and acting on feedback, and explaining the rationale behind graphic design decisions Conceptualize visuals based on requirements, create compelling and effective digital media, social media ads, social media posts, website, logos, and print material To assist in formulating and implementing market strategies to increase product and service awareness and to promote goodwill Other ad-hoc assignments when required Requirements Min Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Art/ Design/ Creative Multimedia or its equivalent At least 3 to 5 years relevant experience with a sound knowledge of print, digital, and content production processes Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills, and design skills Good understanding of creative design, layout, and typography and has a keen eye for aesthetics and details Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Motivated and enthusiastic – a ‘self-starter’ with personal drive and energy Independent and fast learner with a positive working attitude Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and Photoshop or other graphic/animation/web designing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator (preferably latest version) Bilingual in English and Chinese in order to work on both English & Chinese Ads Tel: - Remarks: Working hours: Mondays to Fridays: 8:30 am to 6.00 pm Working Location: Pandan Road ** Company’s transport pick up/drop off point at Clementi MRT station (1) Expected salary (2) Reason(s) for leaving (3) Date of availability (We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified) Target Recruitment Pte Ltd (MOM License No: 15C7744) MOM Regn No: R1112418 (RL)#J-18808-Ljbffr
