As a Media Sales Executive, you’ll play a key role in growing our client’s advertising revenue by selling advertising space to businesses eager to engage with the vibrant crafting community. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and enjoys building strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities

  1. B2B Client Engagement: Identify and target businesses that align with the crafting community’s interests to sell advertising space across digital platforms.
  2. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to generate leads, close sales, and achieve revenue targets.
  3. Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and satisfaction.
  4. Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to provide tailored advertising solutions.
  5. Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance and provide insights to optimise strategies and maximise revenue growth.
Qualifications
  1. Media Sales Experience: Experience selling advertising space that will allow you to hit the ground running.
  2. Relationship-Builder: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients effectively.
  3. Team Player: You must have superb communication and collaboration skills.
  4. Data-Driven: Comfort with tracking performance metrics and providing insights, as well as analysing data.
  5. Creative & Resilient: Be ready to reinvent processes and pivot when needed for the best outcomes.
  6. Crafting Passion: Being a crafter is a huge advantage but not a requirement — we can always teach you!
