What you will do: Your main responsibility will be to follow the instructions and help prepare the main product of the shop - kombucha. This will involve boiling, transferring, cooling, bottling, carbonating, and kegging the liquid. You will also be responsible for keeping the kitchen clean at all times, ensuring that glasses, bottles, and jars are washed, and maintaining a tidy and sanitized area.
