Procurement Manager "construction projects"Merge Recruitment Agency- Saudi ArabiaJob Description:Manage and control the implementation of the company purchases of equipment, supplies and services from local and foreign vendors, ensuring orders are received as per agreed schedules and in a cost/quality effective manner.Plan, direct and co-ordinate the activities of procurement specialists.Locate vendors and subcontractors, conducting meetings to build and sustain long-term partnerships.Supervise and control the purchasing process, considering budget and company policy.Source new vendors/subcontractors and support in qualifying them.Maintain records of goods ordered and received.Resolve vendor and subcontractor claims.Prepare techno-commercial bid proposals according to bid documents, understanding specifications/drawings.Provide technical solutions and improve cost and margin situations.Study and analyze documents/specifications, preparing the required BOQ for RFQs to suppliers/subcontractors.Analyze offers from suppliers/manufacturers technically and commercially to select appropriate ones.Incorporate competitive prices into cost sheets and submit Technical & Commercial Proposals to clients.After bid opening, respond to post-bid clarifications and attend clarification meetings.Negotiate with suppliers for better prices.Job Requirements:Experience: Min: 8 Years, Max: 15 YearsCareer Level: Supervisor/ManagerJob Type: Full TimeVacancies: 1 Open PositionSalary: NegotiableGender: MaleDegree Level: Bachelor's degree in EngineeringLanguages: Arabic - Native/Mother Tongue, English - Fluent/ExcellentJob Skills:Engineering Bachelor Degree.10 to 15 years' experience in the same role in large construction projects, preferably in Power Generation and Power Substation Projects.Very good user of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).Very good English communication skills.About The Company:تعمل الشركة على توظيف و إلحاق العمالة داخل و خارج جمهورية مصر العربية بجميع التخصصات المهنية والفنية.Company Industry:Oil, Gas & Energy
